King of the Downs So yet another event to consider for the summer of 2011, this time though it is on the road so flimsy light bikes and possibly even lycra should be considered!! Rather foolishly the first attempt at being back on the bike is the Gorrick Enduro on May 2nd, not doing the full distance but 30miles on the singlespeed should be [...] Following on from the Pre-Alps Prep post of a couple of weeks ago we have gone ahead and booked a course with All Biked Up. We have booked a private course that we can tailor to our needs, how much Alpine descending we will be able to re-create on Holmbury Hill I [...] Probably a bad idea but thinking about having a go at the Gorrick Enduro Challenge. It is 100km that involves doing 7 laps of a 10mile course around Swinley. If the full 100km seems a bit much there are shorter options from 3 laps upwards. Although no massive hills at Swinley Forest it is pretty [...] always sunny @ mayhem ;) I know we have posted about this before but with Entry Forms coming out at the end of February thought it would be worth getting an idea of who was up for giving it a go as could look at entering 2 teams.
